We’ve sold the rights for JUST BUSINESS and DUE DILIGENCE to Bragelonne (Milady Romance). When I hear more about release dates, I’ll post them!

Now that Due Diligence has been turned in to my editor at InterMix, I’ve been hard at work on the book after that one: Daily Grind. I’m about 13,000 words into the manuscript.
I’ve approved the cover blurb and I’m hoping a preorder page will pop up soon.
In the meantime, here’s a snippet of the first draft! Enjoy!
This is a pair of the scenes that got left on the cutting room floor, mostly because Just Business was starting to have too many endings, if that makes any sense.While you get to see a glimpse of Justin’s family, it didn’t add quite enough to the plot of the book to justify keeping it.
But I know readers would probably enjoy seeing this rather…awkward…moment.
So my gift to you.
[These scenes would have come right before the scene where Justin graduates with his MBA, for mental placement in the flow of the book. And I’m the only one who edited this. Fair warning.]

I owe a lot of blog posts! Sorry I haven’t been keeping up like I should. In penance, here’s a snippet of Due Diligence!
Note that this hasn’t been edited by anyone but me, so this will likely change, etc. before the final book. Also I’m the queen of typos. Just saying.
Todd rarely saw Fazil for the rest of the week. A few meetings here and there, some work-related conversations, and Fazil had been at a group lunch on Thursday at Steve’s invitation. There were some moments alone, but those were few and far between and Fazil kept his distance.
But oh, those unguarded looks. The way he licked his lips. The smiles. He hoped he wasn’t reading too much into all of it, now that it was Friday.
Would Fazil run? Tell him he had plans to tour Seattle with their finance guy or something? He had no idea. Really was only one way to find out. After he finished plugging another hole in their code, he walked down to the conference room Fazil and the finance guy had claimed, knocked, and pushed the door open.
